We want you to find your perfect scent match, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-sized fragrances. Please note that discovery kits and individual samples are final sale to maintain the integrity of our testing process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Package Your Fragrance

  Securely place the fragrance in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
